Alma Mater: Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) ‘14
Bio: Nick joined the BC coaching staff in the Spring of 2018 after four years as the coach at St. John's High School in Shrewsbury to great success and five years as the Director of Rowing for the Quinsigamond Rowing Club. In his time with BC, Nick has been instrumental in the team's success, including 3 NERC gold medals, the 2018 NERC Team Points trophy, as well as 1 gold, 3 silver, and 1 bronze NIRC medals. Nick is currently the Fleet and Marine Technician for Community Rowing and can be found in the CRI shop with his shop assistant, Millie, when he's not on the water.

Trevor (TJ) Zaleski
Title: Volunteer Assistant/Novice Coach
Alma Mater: College of the Holy Cross ‘12
Bio: TJ joined BC as an assistant coach in 2018. Prior to joining BC, he rowed for both Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and for Pennsylvania AC in Philadelphia, PA, where he also coached intermediates.
